Shipping policy

Postal orders are usually dispatched within 24 - 48 hours, Monday - Friday. 

Orders after 2pm Friday will be despatched Monday.

All items are sent with couriers using a trackable service.

Please allow 3-5 days for standard Delivery.

Express Delivery is sent on a 48-hour tracked delivery. 

Orders after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

We cannot guarantee this time frame once the parcel has left us.

Orders usually arrive after three days. Orders after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Local Delivery can be provided on request.

Free delivery within a 2-mile radius of WV11 1SP or WV14 6 area. 

Within a 5-mile radius will incur a £5 charge. 

Over 5 miles is through courier only.

Collection is usually available within 1 - 2 hours, depending on stock level from our Wednesfield shop. Collection can also be made from the Bilston, WV14 6 area.
